The Biggest Week In American Birding

For my very first in-person event since late 2019, I'll be giving a FUJIFILM autofocus presentation at the Biggest Week in American Birding Festival in Oak Harbor, Ohio, during the first weekend in May.

Given that bird photography can be one of the most focus-intensive genres, I'm super excited to be presenting at this event and help Fuji shooters get the best results when trying to capture birds with their cameras. 

While Fuji's newest models offer incredible focus performance for this kind of photography, with good technique and practice, you're able to get incredible avian images with any of the recent X Series cameras. 

The exact time and date of my workshops is stil TBD, but they will be during the weekend of May 5-7. If you'll be anywhere near the Detroit/Toledo area during that time, consider stopping by, even if it's just to say hi and try new gear at the Fuji booth!

Fundamental Tips for Shooting Video and Movies with your FUJIFILM Camera

In my most recent YouTube video, I teach you the fundamental tips and setings you need to know if you want to start shooting movies and video with you X Series camera.

Whether you want to create highly stylized cinematic movies, or simply preserve the significant moments of your life, shooting video can be a very creative and satisfying style of image making. And the tips I present in my video will get you started, even if still photography will always be your main thing. (Just like it will always be mine.)
