Hi ,
I hope you're doing well and are finding time to get out and shoot photos lately. After sitting out much of the summer, I'm back to shooting more regularly again, and it feels
good!
It can be beneficial to take breaks with our creative endeavors; this helps us stay refreshed and recharged, but the obvious downside to taking too much time off is that we can get out of practice, especially with those skills that are already challenging for us, like autofocus.
Like any other specialized skill, being a competent photographer requires regular practice, especially when you're in the learning stages. That's what
helps those skills become second nature. Repetition is key because it helps create those connections between mind and body, and in this case, eye and hand.
And you've got to know WHAT to practice.
That's where I can help you.
