Hi
Earlier today, I sent you an email with some tripod recommendations. Well, as it often happens, I got some feedback from some other readers and one of them notified me about the tripod he uses.
After looking at the specs, I was really impressed.
It has a max hight of 61.7", it's rated to hold 9 lbs, it folds down to only 15.2", and it doesn't weigh very much at all: Only 2.9 lbs, and that's with the included ball head.
If you need a little more support, the Oben CT-3535 is also available with a slightly beefier head, BC-217T, which is rated to hold 20 lbs.
All versions of the Oben CT-3535 come with fold-back, twist-lock legs that can be set to three different angles. It features a reversible center column for low angle shooting, it has spiked feet, and an integrated monopod option.
Pretty awesome. I
don't know how I missed this one, but I do know that Oben makes VERY good tripods, and I would highly recommend this model. In fact, I'd place it near the top of the "Good All Around and Affordable" category.
Ok, that's
all.
Have a great weekend!
