I'm finally back from my second vacation, where I visited my Dad in Ohio and got another chance to ride bikes in the warm sunshine! For this trip, I took along my Fujifilm X-T3 and the amazing XF70-300mm lens, and while I didn't shoot a ton, I did manage to capture a few fun images that I thought I'd share with you today. 

 

The butterfly image was shot at the Cincinnati Conservatory, while he other two images were captured right in my dad's back yard. For all three of these, I combined the 70-300 with Fujifilm's 1.4X Teleconverter, which increases the closeup capability of this lens even more.

 

In addition, I'm very excited to announce my latest musical release, a fun new track called Interstellar Love Song. It’s available for streaming and purchase on all of the major music sites, including Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Pandora and Tidal.

 

Music has been a huge part of my creativity throughout most of my life, and with the stress of the pandemic, I've made a point to bring it to the forefront even more. It's actually good for the soul to engage in different creativity outlets from time to time. Over the winter, I made a bunch of short videos set to original music, which I posted on my Instagram channel.

 

With this latest song, I feel I've pushed both my musical creativity and skills with songwriting, production and even singing to new heights.
