Hi ,

As many of you know, my little yellow Cessna 120 bush plane was damaged in a severe wind storm this past winter. After unsuccessfully trying to find her a replacement wing, I made the difficult decision to let her go, and I sold her two weeks ago. :(

As you can imagine, this was a very emotional event for me, given that my beloved little airplane was my faithful Alaska companion for the past 14 years.

I just posted a video to celebrate the incredible adventures we had together, and I'd like to invite you to share in this celebration with me, since all of you have followed me through at least a few of the years I flew 3102N, and some of you have followed me for most or all of the time I owned this super fun little plane. 

In this emotional video, I take you on a trip down memory lane to remember the amazing adventures I had with this amazing "little bush plane that could," and repost some of the incredible aerial and Alaska landscape photos I shot with her and shared with you over the years.

I also recount a number of stories about the history of Cessna 02N, and talk about what it was like to own and fly a little bush plane in Alaska, both in the summer and winter.
